Returns and Exchanges

Our Policy:

• Garments must not be washed, worn or altered
• Original tags must be present and intact  
• Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned
• All exchanges and returns must be completed within 30 days of original purchase

Returning and Exchanging: Items that meet the above qualifications may be returned or exchanged through the following methods:

• In-Store Returns: Bring all items you intend to return/exchange as well as your receipt and card used to make the purchase.  One of our employees will gladly help process your return.  
  
  
• Return by Shipping: You may also ship us the items you wish to return, just note that we do not refund any shipping expenses. To return items by shipping, please include all items you intend to return and a note which includes the following information:
  
  
• Name provided on the original order
• Name of School (Delray or Plantation for AHS)
• Shipping address associated with the order
• Best contact phone number to reach you at
• Invoice or order number provided on your receipt

• In-School Return and Exchange Process:
  
  
  • American Heritage Plantation: You may return items to the in school uniform office. Scheduling an appointment may be necessary, we advise speaking with the uniform office before proceeding.
    
    
  • American Heritage Delray: You may return items to the in school uniform office. Scheduling an appointment may be necessary, we advise speaking with the uniform office before proceeding.
    
    
  • St. Rose of Lima: Items may only be returned or exchanged in-store or by mail. These campuses do no process returns, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Sunday hours
We will be closed on Sunday.
This includes the Sunday of tax free weekend.

We are closed:
New Years' Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend (Wed. Thurs. & Fri.), Christmas Break.

Christmas Break:
Store closes when school closes and reopens the day school resumes.
